Rinkai-Japan Shopping Service has been running since Nov. 2008, most customers ask questions directly, which I add to the FAQ from time to time above, so this forum is a bit neglected

I'm also working on putting up a testimonials page. For now I thought I'd provide some more general information.
Basically we are like a friend overseas who can buy things for you that you can't usually get from your country. Some Japanese sites are now offering overseas postage, such as Amazon-Japan which posts books, CD's and DVD's however there are many sites which still don't post overseas, that's where we come in.
Unlike some sites which charge between 10% and 17% of your order's cost for their service charge, Rinkai-Japan Shopping Service is very reasonable, with our charges starting at 1000yen then being a maximum of 2500yen for orders between 50,000yen to 80,000yen which is only 3.125 - 5% of the order cost, see the cost calculator for more info.
For the moment we are an Australian and Japanese couple running the service, and are steadily building up a loyal group of regular shoppers.
